Overseas Sales Director

Location: Africa (Main markets: East Africa, West Africa, flexible deployment based on business needs) Reports to: VP of International Sales / General Manager Position type: Full-time

Position Overview

We are a rapidly growing global clean energy solutions provider, specializing in the R&D, production, and sales of residential solar PV and energy storage systems. To accelerate our expansion in the African renewable energy market, we are seeking an experienced Sales Director with strategic vision and execution capability to lead our residential solar energy storage business in Africa, driving market share growth and brand influence.

Key Responsibilities

Market Strategy & Planning:
• Develop and execute annual sales strategies, market expansion plans, and revenue targets for residential solar energy storage systems in Africa.
• Analyze energy policies, market trends, and competitive landscape in various African countries to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.

Business Development & Channel Management:
• Develop and maintain distributors, agents, local partners, and key client resources, establishing a robust sales network.
• Lead key project negotiations, drive large-scale residential solar projects to completion, ensuring contract execution and payment collection.

Team Building & Management:
• Recruit, train, and lead the local sales team, establish performance evaluation mechanisms, and motivate team potential.
• Coordinate with technical, after-sales, and marketing departments to ensure efficient response to customer needs.

Brand & Market Promotion:
• Plan localized marketing activities to enhance brand awareness and product competitiveness.
• Collect user feedback, collaborate with the product team to optimize solutions, and improve customer satisfaction.

Data & Reporting:
• Monitor sales data, market share, and project progress, providing regular business reports and insights to management.

Requirements

Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.

Work Experience:
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, including at least 1 year managing residential solar, energy storage, or related power product sales in Africa.
• Proven track record in building channel networks and achieving rapid regional sales growth.
• Familiarity with energy markets and policy environments in key African countries (e.g., Kenya, Nigeria, South Africa, Tanzania).

• Excellent business negotiation, client relationship management, and team leadership skills.
• Strong cross-cultural communication skills, adaptable to frequent travel and diverse work environments.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.

Commercial & Industrial PV Project Development Manager

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for market expansion of commercial and industrial distributed PV projects in the assigned region;
2. Lead preliminary project site surveys, collect relevant information, and screen project resources with development potential;
3. Participate in project feasibility studies and provide feasibility data related to planning and design;
4. Lead project business negotiations, coordinate with relevant departments and institutions, and draft agreements, letters of intent, contracts, and other related documents;
5. Handle project approvals, filings, grid connection, and construction commencement procedures with government authorities;
6. Develop and manage local channel partners and intermediaries, and establish and maintain relationships with local governments and relevant departments.

Qualifications

1. College degree or above; majors in power engineering, civil engineering, marketing, or related fields are preferred;
2. Familiar with early-stage project development workflows and relevant national and local policies on project development, grid access, and electricity pricing;
3. Strong knowledge of market development, with the ability to independently conduct preliminary investment analysis, business negotiations, and analytical report preparation;
4. Proven experience in successfully developing distributed PV projects, with certain intermediary or project resource reserves;
5. Strong communication, coordination, and execution skills; willing to travel.

Cross-border E-commerce Operations Supervisor

Position Details

1. Manage the new product operations team, leading sales of solar and energy storage products (outdoor, garden, roadway, etc.); take full responsibility for new product sales results, develop product strategies, operation strategies, and staffing plans, and break down and achieve performance targets;
2. Operate under a premium product model, lead the team to create high-quality listings and product pages, analyze sales data and market trends, and continuously optimize advertising, cost control, and product profitability to improve sales volume and rankings;
3. Proficient in Amazon marketing strategies and best-seller creation, closely monitoring product sales performance and rankings on the platform;
4. Proactively manage cross-department communication to ensure proper inventory planning and optimization, maintaining stable product supply and normal operations;
5. Stay up to date with Amazon and other platform rules and policies; manage SC and VC accounts, handle after-sales issues in a timely manner, mitigate account risks, and maintain healthy account ratings;
6. Conduct regular training to enhance team professional skills and ensure smooth collaboration within the team and across departments.

Qualifications

1. Full-time bachelor’s degree or above, with working-level English proficiency;
2. Familiar with overseas Amazon policies and regulations, proficient in platform marketing and promotion tools, and capable of developing practical launch strategies for new products;
3. Self-motivated, responsible, proactive, with strong logical thinking and continuous learning ability;
4. Strong business mindset, excellent communication and feedback skills, high stress tolerance and execution capability, with team management experience;
5. Over 3 years of relevant work experience, including at least 2 years of hands-on Amazon management experience; candidates with experience in solar, energy storage, or related product categories, strong past performance, and long-term commitment to the e-commerce industry are preferred.
